Jellyfielder Studios is a young and dynamic production
company. Our background is in the independent film
industry. Since 2004, we have produced several short
films, two feature-length movies, an online documentary
series, as well as a portfolio of private-hire and
corporate work. We have worked in different genres
and cinematic styles, often on tight schedules. The
core of personnel has been consistent in this time,
resulting in many skills and experiences
being gained along the way.
From our body of past work, as well as our formal
education and training, Jellyfielders have all
the experience and skills necessary to complete all
stages of production. Having produced several short
and two feature-length independent films, we are
well versed in the pre-production, shoot and
post-production processes.
Christopher Suffield has been a writer from a young age.
He has written numerous screenplays, many of which
have been filmed and produced into actuality by Jellyfielders.
This includes the short film "Good Morning", which he
co-directed with Mike Jelves. Suffield has recently
completed two of his most ambitious feature-film scripts
to-date, which are under the consideration of third parties.
Fellow Jellyfielders founder Mike Jelves, has been instrumental in
Jellyfielders corporate work. On such projects, his responsibilities
range from liaising with clients to writing proposals, and actively
directing and filming on-set. In post-production, Jelves has undertaken
the role of primary editor. As an editor, Jelves is qualified in
and even teaches the use of post-production technology. To this extent,
he is a Certified Pro in Apple's Final Cut Pro video editing software.
